At AW BRIDAL, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-sized dresses are final sale and cannot be returned as they are tailored specifically to your measurements.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and email address.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and the included return authorization form.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
